Conway, SC General Job Summary The Marketing Manager uses the 4 P’s of Marketing and is responsible for implementing and executing marketing programs which support accelerated profitable growth, consumer satisfaction, and client retention within a single or multiple account(s). The Marketing Manager helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, selling of meal plans, overall sales growth, and consumer engagement for their account(s) and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. The Marketing Manager upholds and represents the Aramark Collegiate Hospitality brand, the client’s brand and all branding elements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Sales Acumen, Process Management, Financial Acumen and Analysis, Written Communication, Social Media Marketing, Negotiation and Presentation Skills, Collaboration Key Responsibilities Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis

Strategic Planning, Innovation and Creativity:

Develop Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Sales Support:

Develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support Business Development with Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations and Client Business Reviews (CBRs)

Marketing:

Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, social media marketing Build Relationships with clients, organization department heads and subgroups/ community groups At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. #FS-300 Qualifications Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and / or merchandising experience Requires people management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction skills Must be able to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasks Valid driver?s license and vehicle Education
