About the Role Linta Roofing is looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager who thrives on measurable growth, team leadership, and HubSpot mastery. This role is not about running isolated marketing campaigns—it is about driving trust, leads, and revenue growth through content marketing, paid media, SEO, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. We prioritize educating homeowners, delivering radical transparency, and creating trust-driven marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing team, managing HubSpot as both a CRM and CMS, and ensuring all initiatives drive business growth. This is an in-person role based in Little River, SC, though flexible scheduling is available. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Growth Develop and own the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with revenue and growth goals Ensure all marketing efforts reflect inbound marketing philosophies Lead weekly marketing planning and reporting meetings, ensuring accountability for goals and results Track marketing KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement and increased ROI Team Leadership & Management Directly manage and mentor the Content Manager (written content) and Videographer (video content) Set and track goals for content production (blogs, videos, web pages) to drive engagement and conversions Provide coaching, strategic direction, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness HubSpot Ownership & Optimization Serve as HubSpot Marketing Hub admin and power user for lead nurturing, automation, and analytics Build and optimize workflows, lead nurturing paths, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards Analyze contact behavior, engagement trends, and campaign performance to refine strategy Paid Media & External Advertising Management Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital ad campaigns to optimize lead acquisition Oversee TV, radio, and other media buys, ensuring efficient spending and performance tracking Track ROI and attribution of all paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights Website Optimization & Conversion Growth Oversee website messaging, layout, and content optimization to improve conversion rates Conduct A/B testing, heat mapping, and user behavior analysis to refine web pages and funnels Ensure the marketing team drives constant growth in website sessions while maintaining a healthy session-to-contact rate Lead Nurturing & Customer Journey Optimization Implement and maintain post-conversion lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel Leverage HubSpot automation to optimize customer interactions and increase close rates Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with real-world sales performance Analytics & Reporting Own all marketing analytics across content, video, website, and paid channels Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership, ensuring marketing efforts align with business goals Track and optimize marketing spend and budget allocation based on performance data Who You Are A confident marketing strategist with a proven ability to lead a team and drive business growth A HubSpot power user, experienced in campaign management, automation, reporting, and website optimization An analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions without stalling momentum Aligned with an inbound marketing approach—content-first, trust-driven marketing Experienced in managing paid media campaigns and tracking ad performance Must-Have Experience 5+ years in a marketing strategy or manager-level role Daily, hands-on use of HubSpot Marketing Hub (CRM, CMS, automation, analytics) Experience managing a content-driven marketing team (writers, videographers, or similar) Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization Experience managing paid media strategy and tracking ROI of digital and traditional advertising Proven success leading cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive measurable results Bonus Points If You Have Worked within an inbound marketing / content-first framework HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Software) Experience with Hotjar, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or other CRO tools Familiarity with video production workflows and collaboration with videographers You have operated on EOS Why Join Us?
