As the Brand & Engagement Manager at The Jeffcoat Firm, you’ll be responsible for delivering optimized marketing campaigns to drive both brand awareness and lead generation. You will oversee contractors and vendors to ensure Firm marketing efforts are maximized. Candidates must be local to South Carolina to be considered. What you’ll be doing: Manages marketing contractors and vendors to ensure outsourced marketing efforts are achieved. Create a comprehensive campaign calendar that includes channels, content strategy, target audiences, key objectives, and budget allocation. Steward of social strategy, including objectives, content, analytics, engagement, and optimization for The Jeffcoat Firm’s social media properties. Manage web content updates by passing changes to web partners and verifying execution. Head the application and selection process for external awards. Support public relations initiatives, including leveraging paid advertising partnerships to facilitate earned media placements. Support welcome flow and client portal communications to help set expectations, build loyalty, and celebrate milestones. Manage and monitor directory listings and reviews on Google, Meta, and external industry platforms. Train client-facing employees about the importance and expectations of achieving Google Review goals. Help oversee the marketing budget to keep projects within range of the approved budget. Assist in lead source attribution activities, including the use of UTM codes, short URLs, etc. Measure content engagement across owned channels, including website, social media, and Google business profiles. Maintain a steady stream of A/B test opportunities to continue to refine content engagement and conversion. Assist with corporate social responsibility initiatives to showcase our investment in the community. Be an expert in key practice areas, competitive landscape, and client needs through research and internal subject matter experts. Create campaigns that blend email, SMS, and intake follow-up to convert leads to signed cases. Facilitate consistent, engaging, messaging and assets that align with our brand voice. Drive engagement and brand awareness by conceiving, writing, asset creation, and posting social media content. Engage clients throughout the lifecycle from case signing to check celebrations. Capture check disbursement celebrations through photography, quotes, testimonials, and Google reviews for use on marketing and social channels. Attends required morning and monthly meetings. Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required. 3+ years of work experience with project management, brand marketing, or related experience in a corporate setting. Local to South Carolina. Ability to analyze performance metrics. Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why you’ll love it here:

Compensation Range:

$60,000 – $70,000

Hybrid Work Schedule:

One week in the office; One week working from home.
