Job Description Summary:
- We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and technically adept Director of Marketing Automation & Digital Strategy to lead the evolution of our digital marketing ecosystem.
This role will focus on evaluating and implementing advanced marketing automation tools, driving integrated digital and email strategies, managing vendor relationships, and leveraging data to optimize performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation & Innovation
- + Drive the development of automotiveMastermind’s new marketing platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and oversee implementation from concept to launch.
+ Design scalable automation workflows that ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives. + Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across marketing functions.
- Digital Strategy
- + Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, SMS, paid media, and social channels.
+ Build and optimize dynamic content frameworks and segmentation strategies to tailor messaging to audience needs and lifecycle stages. + Optimize email deliverability and sender reputation through testing, automation, and performance monitoring. + Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data hygiene standards.
- Vendor & Technology Management
- + Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing automation platforms, vendors, and related technologies. + Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and platforms to ensure project timelines are met and campaigns are successfully executed.
- Analytics & Optimization
- + Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives. + Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization efforts. + Present regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- + Work closely with Marketing Development, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful execution of digital marketing strategies and implementation of new tooling. + Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on digital marketing best practices.
- Who you are:
- + 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and digital strategy.
+ Proven experience evaluating and implementing marketing automation platforms. + Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance. + Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing performance data. + Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. + In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. + This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
