Marketing Account Manager Underdog Digital Irmo, SC 29063 • Hybrid work Welcome! We’re looking for a marketing “Jack/ Jill of All Trades” to join our growing team and help serve our agency clients. You will be the primary point person for multiple clients. You will help them achieve their marketing goals by partnering with our internal and external partners to deliver the work. The role will be split. You will spend a portion of your day working directly with clients to understand their needs and make suggestions. The other part of your day will be fulfilling those needs alongside our team. The role requires some functional skills related to SEO, copywriting, and graphic design. While much of the work is performed by the team, there are often items needed on a quick turnaround that may require you to step in and produce. You’ll partner with internal and external resources to formulate, recommend, and implement innovative and effective digital marketing strategies/programs and solutions. This role is perfect for someone who: Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Has at least 3 years of experience as a former account manager or online marketing consultant and at least 3 years of progressive marketing experience. Has a solid foundation of marketing principles, excellent spelling and grammar, and the ability to proof materials for accuracy, brand compliance, fulfillment of work requested. Has Project Management skills and experience. Is organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven. Is comfortable explaining and talking about marketing strategies such as SEO, social media, and funnels. A strong ability to analyze and manage various metrics and use our reporting system to create actionable items. Is incredibly resourceful. You’ll figure out what needs to be done and find ways to make it happen. Has a proven ability to work remotely and a desire to make an impact at a high-growth start-up. Has superior organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Is very tech-savvy, experienced, and resourceful in using tech tools. We use Gohighlevel, SEMRush, Google Suite, Trello, Zapier, Canva, and a bunch of other marketing-related tools, so you should be in love with apps and tools to improve productivity, communications and automate processes/workflows.
