JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Field Marketing for Company Operations will lead marketing programs to drive sales and increase profit at company restaurants. They will be responsible for all identifying sales opportunities in each market including print, digital and
CRM. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(Key Responsibilities): Prepare marketing calendars for each company market. Act liaison between Company Operations and Denny’s Marketing Teams including Field Marketing, Digital and menu Teams. Manage offers for digital channels. Responsible for managing company controlled and single unit co-op spending. Coordinate all company marketing activities including print drops and loyalty offers. Assist District Managers on remodel reopening activities. Assist in growing the catering business including looking for additional channels, menu additions, and providing a POV on the execution of the program. Represent Company Operations at co-op meetings.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 4-6
years marketing experience BA / BS in Marketing
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Proven history in being able to drive sales at a local level. Ability to build relationships with business partners Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple competing priorities Effective communication and presentation skills Familiarity with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel) Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment The typical pay range for this role is:
