Who You Are We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Internal Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns that establish and grow our presence in the medical and radiology industries. This individual will create an internal marketing framework, coordinate with external agencies, lead our social media efforts, and ensure both companies have a cohesive and compelling brand story. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for both companies, ensuring alignment despite their different focuses. Develop an internal marketing infrastructure that fosters brand consistency and enhances customer engagement. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to optimize campaigns, messaging, and outreach efforts. Spearhead social media marketing, brand storytelling, and digital engagement strategies. Establish and maintain key partnerships within the radiology and medical sectors to enhance brand visibility. Conduct market research to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities. Lead content creation efforts, including website, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces. Optimize digital presence through SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics-driven strategies. Generate and monitor department budget Negotiates contract terms and communicates with outside agencies and suppliers Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development Provides post-event reports, analysis and regular status reports on sales and marketing programs Establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events Provide website management Develop and maintain Corporate Sales and Marketing Policy and Procedures Align marketing with product development, sales, and customer engagement. What You Bring Qualifications & Skills Startup experience, or work with startups, is essential – adaptability is key Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, med-tech, or SaaS industries. Proven ability to build marketing campaigns from scratch with measurable results. Strong skills in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning. Expertise in social media platforms, paid media campaigns, and marketing automation tools. Experience working with external marketing firms and coordinating multi-channel campaigns. Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
