Client Experience & Ops Lead (Part-Time, Hybrid, $6K-$7K/month) You’ve built structure before. You’ve cleaned up messes. You’ve been the person who makes sure the work actually gets done. Now you want to do that in a leadership-track role-for a company scaling fast. I’m Darrell, founder of ScaleSmart Advisory. We help $10M-$100M businesses fix their operational and financial chaos-then scale cleanly. We’re at capacity. And I’m not hiring a VA or a task manager. I’m hiring someone who can: Be the link between clients and execution Chase what matters (not checklists) Spot the gaps and fix them before they become fires Help build systems as we grow ????

The role:

20-25 hours/week to start (path to full-time) $6,000-$7,000/month Hybrid (Nashville preferred, not required) You’ll work directly with me ???? You might be a fit if: You’ve been in ops, client success, or account management You like responsibility-and you don’t need babysitting You love follow-through, hate excuses You can write clearly, manage chaos, and build simple structure ????
