From overseeing influencers and marketing teams to staging photo shoots and managing content, this role is for someone who lives and breathes brand, aesthetic, and connection.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, in-house leadership position responsible for the execution and management of all marketing efforts across our family of brands and properties. You’ll oversee internal and external teams, manage influencer relationships, and ensure our content, messaging, and community engagement are best-in-class.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Oversee and manage all marketing staff and contractors (including our marketing assistant and agency partners) Lead and streamline collaboration with external marketing companies, ensuring alignment and performance Strategize and oversee all influencer campaigns—from vetting to contracting to performance tracking Develop and manage brand partnerships to drive awareness and credibility Content & Creative Stage and style beautiful, brand-aligned photo shoots Capture or direct high-quality photos and videos of our homes and experiences Edit photos and create marketing graphics for use across digital platforms Ensure all visuals and messaging are cohesive and on-brand
NOTE:
this position does not edit and post to social accounts however will be in reel content and must be comfortable on camera. Engagement & Community Own and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, storytelling, retention) Ensure all social media platforms are actively monitored and community comments/messages are engaged with daily Collaborate with the marketing assistant and content creators to maintain a consistent, high-quality online presence
YOU ARE:
A creative leader with a passion for aesthetics, interiors, and hospitality Exceptionally organized and proactive with strong project management skills Comfortable leading others while also rolling up your sleeves An experienced content producer and stylist with an eye for detail and storytelling Skilled in tools like Canva, Lightroom, email platforms, and social media schedulers A confident communicator—both on-screen and in writing
LOCATION
Must be local or able to travel easily to our properties for shoots and site visits.
