Position Overview We’re hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and product storytelling across our trusted brand portfolio. This strategic, cross-functional leader will align marketing, product, and sales teams to drive growth, market leadership, and brand impact. You’ll report to the Division Leader and partner closely with the SVP of Marketing to shape the product roadmap and lead launches from concept to customer adoption. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Leadership Align product roadmap with market needs and growth opportunities Guide portfolio planning using market trends, customer insights, and sales data Champion the voice of the customer across teams Go-to-Market Execution Lead GTM plans for new products and major updates Partner with Sales, Engineering, eCommerce, and Brand Marketing on launches Drive lifecycle marketing for sustained growth Positioning & Sales Enablement Craft clear, compelling product positioning and value props Oversee marketing content — digital, print, video, email, install guides Enable teams to confidently communicate product value Market Intelligence & Performance Monitor competitors, customer feedback, and market dynamics Track product KPIs and campaign ROI Refine pricing, messaging, and strategies based on insights What You Bring Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred 8+ years in product marketing (automotive aftermarket or technical goods a plus) Proven experience leading launches and marketing strategy Deep understanding of motorsports culture and buyer behavior Strong communicator and cross-functional leader Data-driven and proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, PIM/ERP Why You’ll Love Working Here Health & Wellness
