ABOUT THE JOB
Growth Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive, data-driven growth marketing strategies, focused on accelerating growth across all clinic locations and e-com. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new growth initiatives and limited-time offers.
Oversee & Optimize Growth Channels:
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across various owned and earned digital channels — including paid search, paid social, SEO, CRM and web. Leverage data and analytics to inform bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative approaches that enhance performance and efficiency Own and manage each channel’s budget and performance targets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment
Data Analysis & Performance Management:
Monitor key marketing KPIs and analyze campaign performance — with a focus on deriving actionable insights and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI. Deep bias towards analytics and measurement, and proven experience delivering results directly tied to revenue objectives
Customer Journey Optimization:
Map and enhance the customer journey to improve user experience and retention, ensuring seamless integration between online and in-clinic experiences. Analyze customer decision-making journeys using both quantitative and qualitative data to identify key challenges and opportunities. Translate complex business questions into clear learning objectives and actionable data-driven solutions.
ABOUT YOU
Skin Pharm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive Skin Pharm’s performance-driven, omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, with experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across four-wall units, as well as e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, analytics and a passion for the beauty and skincare industry. 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a start-up setting with four-wall, multi-unit experience Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics, as well as building and optimizing martech stacks Experience managing multi-location marketing campaigns Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and BI tools like Domo/Power BI Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
