Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a scalable marketing strategy for Spartan. This role will lead brand strategy, support franchise marketing success through playbooks and tools, and identify new growth opportunities based on performance data, competition, and trends. This role is highly collaborative, results-oriented, and critical to building a consistent brand presence and local impact across all markets.
What You’ll Do:
Franchisor Strategy Develop and evolve a cohesive franchisor marketing strategy that strengthens the Spartan brand across all locations. Align national campaigns and messaging with franchisee needs. Partner with Franchisor, Operations Leadership and Support Operations to align marketing and business goals and ensure consistent messaging and alignment. Spartan Marketing Strategy Design and execute brand positioning and national marketing calendar. Design and build scalable marketing assets across digital, print, in-studio, and social media platforms, email campaigns, and we content for Spartan studios. Explore new marketing strategies to diversify approaches and reach more prospects. Measure campaign effectiveness through aligned metrics and measurements, continuously optimize based on data (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL, etc.). Local Marketing Playbook & Execution Build and maintain a local marketing playbook for field and studio teams. Deliver training, toolkits, and support to drive local execution. Audit local efforts and guide, coach and redirect to ensure desired results. Partner with Operations and studio teams to improve visibility and impact. New Opportunities & Competitive Analysis Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, partnerships, and tools. Conduct competitor analysis and surface new marketing opportunities. Report on marketing metrics and studio performance benchmarks.
What You Bring:
6-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in franchise, fitness, wellness, or consumer brand environments. Proven track record of leading multi-channel marketing efforts. Strong knowledge of franchise marketing dynamics. Data-driven and highly organized. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
