If you’re an experienced B2B marketing professional, this is a rewarding opportunity to chart your own course within the supportive environment of an established company. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind establishing our MSP’s brand and market position. This is an in-office role, based at RJ Young HQ, and requires a proactive individual comfortable working within the flexible boundaries of a startup and who are driven to shape a marketing vision from its inception. Develop and own the marketing strategy for our new MSP-focused business unit, aligning with overall business objectives. Lead brand development efforts, including messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Drive industry presence through strategic event planning, expo participation, and identifying key partnerships. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns , encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, advertising, account-based marketing, and content syndication. Create impactful sales materials and tools to support our sales team. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth and product adoption. Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize results. Leverage automation and AI tools and workflows to deploy marketing initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
5-8 years of marketing experience (although we’ll consider less), with familiarity in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space and B2B technology. Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Strong Martech skills , including HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience. Excellent communication , collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges. A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Supervisory Responsibility No direct reports. Work Environment & Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with standard work hours of approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Travel Some travel will be expected in this role, but it is 20% or less. Required Education and Experience High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar. 5 to 8 years of marketing experience.
