The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Event marketing such as home shows, fairs and festivals with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising sales is also beneficial. This role requires a strong ability to recruit, hire and train a staff for both canvas and events. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement. Oversee all outside event marketing to include neighborhood canvassing, shows, fairs and festivals. Recruit, Hire and train staff that are sufficient to cover all events in the assigned area. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities. Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results. Experience Proven experience in an outside marketing management role with a focus on canvassing and event marketing is essential.
