In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional value to our clients by overseeing sponsored content programs and nurturing key partnerships. This position requires in-office work at the Chattanooga, TN headquarters office. The ideal candidate will be located in Chattanooga, TN. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Collaborate closely with the content sales team to clearly define all content deliverables and ensure their timely and successful execution. Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities to expand existing partnerships and drive revenue growth. Manage sponsored content programs from conception to completion , working directly with clients and coordinating seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams including editorial, creative, marketing, sales, and TV and media operations. Oversee reporting on sponsored content performance , providing insights and recommendations to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, content marketing, or a related field. B2B media experience is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
