You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to generate demand and support growth across our dealer network.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute fully-integrated digital and print marketing campaigns that increase visibility, drive engagement, and support both dealer success and end-user adoption. Analyze market trends, forecast opportunities, and craft strategies aligned with business goals and industry direction. Manage campaign performance across all channels (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, print), adjusting tactics for optimal ROI. Lead the planning and management of marketing budgets and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with dealer networks to develop co-branded promotions and strengthen local market positioning. Use tools such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce to segment audiences, automate outreach, and provide performance visibility to leadership and sales teams. Guide content development across product launches, landing pages, digital ads, social media, and brochures. Inspire and lead internal marketing team members and creative partners to maintain alignment, productivity, and innovation. Key Qualifications Marketing Expertise Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into executable plans. Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B2C marketing strategies, particularly through dealer networks. Experience with digital and print campaigns, content marketing, and social media across multiple platforms. Budget ownership experience and proven ability to optimize spend for performance. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with skid steer attachments and their applications in construction, agriculture, landscaping, and similar markets. Understanding of industry trends including the rise of automation, environmentally-friendly solutions, and product innovations like quick-connect systems and GPS-enabled equipment.
