Job Description:

As a Marketing Director, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our cleaning services to new clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on commission-based pay, as your earnings will be directly linked to the volume and quality of leads you bring in. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow. Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients, including businesses and residential properties in need of cleaning services. Cold-call, email, and network to generate new leads. Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct client needs assessments to understand and communicate our services effectively. Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture client loyalty. Present and pitch our cleaning service solutions, aligning offerings with client requirements. Record lead generation activities, track lead progress, and report performance metrics to management. Requirements Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a related field (cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A reliable network or knowledge of local communities and businesses is a plus.
