This individual will oversee trade marketing, brand and product positioning, promotional strategy, and strategic pricing. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Trade Execution Lead the evolution of the marketing function toward a proactive, insight-driven strategic partner to sales and product management. Develop and manage trade marketing programs, promotional calendars, and point-of-sale strategies tailored to channel and retailer dynamics. Define and execute product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate our offerings and support our brand strategies. Customer & Market Understanding Drive efforts to understand end-user needs, purchasing behavior, and decision-making criteria across segments and channels. Identify market opportunities and develop high-quality leads for the sales team based on research, trends, and data analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and supply chain to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs. Strategic Pricing & Analytics Own the development and implementation of pricing strategies that balance margin goals with competitive positioning. Deliver robust marketing analytics, including campaign ROI, customer acquisition metrics, and price realization tracking. Provide actionable market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B or industrial sectors. Demonstrated success in trade marketing, strategic pricing, and customer segmentation. Experience building marketing capabilities, systems, or processes in a transforming organization.
