This role will collaborate closely with regional sales and operations leaders to localize and implement national campaigns, create customized marketing solutions, and deliver measurable ROI on marketing initiatives. This role acts as a cross-functional marketing partner and trusted advisor for the commercial Canadian business. You will lead regional marketing planning, develop field enablement tools, influence the marketing mix (product, pricing, promotion, placement), and ensure commercial objectives align with overarching brand goals and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement, Field Enablement Principal Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the strategic marketing lead for the Canadian Commercial business, supporting revenue growth and vertical-specific initiatives. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Field teams to develop and execute localized marketing plans for Canada. Localize and translate national campaigns and commercial promotions for Canadian markets. Collaborate with Digital Marketing on paid and organic strategies to generate qualified B2B leads in targeted DMAs and verticals. Coordinate with Sales Enablement to produce commercial collateral, case studies, and presentations tailored to key industries. Assist in pricing and product marketing efforts, especially when developing bundled offers or seasonal campaigns. Own regional commercial marketing budget and performance metrics. Conduct market research to monitor competitors, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. Support trade show planning, local sponsorships, and B2B events in partnership with Canadian branches. Ensure compliance with Canadian laws and industry regulations in all commercial marketing activities. Required Experience 5+ years of B2B or commercial marketing experience, preferably in service-based or regulated industries (e.g., pest control, facilities, hygiene). Strong experience with marketing planning, CRM systems, digital media, and lead generation strategies. Proven ability to translate national strategies into regional executions. Deep understanding of the Canadian market landscape and regional differences. Familiarity with government or third-party compliance (e.g., CFIA, Health Canada) is an asset.
