Senior Brand Success Manager at HigherVisibility Location Remote, United States Salary $55000 – $75000 /year Job Type Full-time Date Posted June 13th, 2025 View All Jobs Download File HigherVisibility, a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in Memphis, TN, is growing quickly and in need of a highly motivated, proactive, and driven Senior Brand Success Manager to serve our growing client base. This role will be responsible for managing various accounts and ensuring that objectives are met. The Senior Brand Success Manager will act as a liaison between our customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Familiarity with a variety of SEO/PPC/Social and industry concepts, practices, and procedures, this role will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others to support client objectives. A wide degree of creativity, flexibility, and acclimation to a fast-paced and growing business is expected. This position will report directly to the Director of Brand Success.

Qualifications:

Five to seven (5-7) years of account management experience across advertising, preferably on the brand side
Digital Marketing Agency experience is a MUST
Proven track record in leading marketing teams and managing various accounts
Strong analytical skills and business marketing experience
Executive presence and confidence working with clients at senior VP, C-suite, and executive leadership levels
Ability to connect the dots for both clients and internal teams in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
Persuasive storytelling skills
Experience actively building and maintaining exceptional working relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
Experience taking initiative to innovate and solve problems
Must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs
Must embrace curiosity and thought leadership by staying up to date on industry news, technology trends, and best practices

Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between the company, the client, and the leaders
Manage contract creation, onboarding of services, and workflows of internal team management with Brand Success Managers and other internal teams working on brand partnerships
Attend in-person meetings, conventions, and events as needed (typically 2-3 times per year, but always subject to change)
Lead day-to-day client communication and initiatives, including an understanding of business building, strategy, media, and creative projects
Build rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with clients and partner agencies
Influence the development of the highest quality work within execution teams (SEO, PPC, IT/Analytics, and others as needed)
Research and understand the brand, monitor competitors, and overall category to identify implications that add value for the client in a proactive manner
Understand the long-term and short-term goals of the clients and lead the team to stay focused on these goals
Develop meeting agendas and take accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams as necessary
Build and present client decks, including QBRs, yearly reviews, and competitive reviews, adhering to agency and client standards
Assist in developing thorough Scopes of Work as needed
Develop and manage detailed timelines
Manage all client deliverables and deadlines
Manage Brand Success Managers/Specialists assigned to duties within the partnership of the Brand Success team
Help review and maintain all client budgets
Oversee all reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
Ensure quality work from all team members to help exceed client expectations
Concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas
Perform other related duties as assigned
