Marketing Activation Manager, as part of a team of business unit marketers, will help support the development and execution of annual product launches, campaign initiatives, and ongoing asset development for the Pet Specialty Retail and Omni portfolio. This will include toolkit development, portfolio measurement, event support, content development as well as other duties to drive the Sales and Brand Support to help Royal Canin increase market share, improve equity, and increase sales in the marketplace. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar required. MBA or advanced degree a plus. 4+ years of previous Marketing experience Experience of managing marketing budgets 2+ years of working on Marketing Activations Previous experience of creating brand training and materials Strong written, verbal communication and organization skills, with comfortability working in a cross-matrixed organization Nice to have Previous experience working within Veterinary or Human Health space What would be your key responsibilities? Responsible for managing and reporting budgets across PSRO marketing team. Own the Trade show strategy, working with the Events organization, and lead asset execution through the event properties and Sales teams. Provide analytics on portfolio sales/trends across Dry, Wet and Adjacencies. Support execution of marketing activities outside the retailer environment including sampling, ratings and reviews, and other retailer agnostic programs. Lead creation and/or updates to shopper playbooks, product guides, and in-market product toolkits. Create educational training and materials for brand or ranges. Support retailer line review needs including mockup development. Customer Care liaison for PSRO Marketing team. Act as main point of contact for Central Marketing Hub content review.
