Overview The Multifamily Marketing and Systems Manager acts under the direction of the President and will play a dual role in overseeing marketing strategy and execution while managing technology platforms that support leasing, resident retention, and property performance. This role is essential for spearheading our Yardi property management systems to drive occupancy, brand consistency, and NOI across a portfolio of multifamily communities, aligning onsite engagement strategies and digital marketing efforts. You will create programs to increase customer loyalty and engagement and use technology to improve the performance of our people and managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with onsite teams and regional leadership Understanding and adherence to fair housing and multifamily best practices Assist in identifying areas for operational improvements and develop training thereof Systems & Technology Oversight Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison between property teams, accounting, IT, and Yardi support Train and support onsite and back-office users in daily Yardi functions, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and financial operations Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate resolutions with Yardi technical support when needed Spearhead technology to improve the performance of our teams and communities Train onsite teams on systems usage, marketing tools, and compliance Marketing Strategy & Execution Implement and support CRM platforms, lead management tools, and marketing automation solutions Identify and evaluate new performance marketing channels and technologies Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of hands-on Yardi experience, with a strong understanding of Voyager modules Experience in property management or real estate operations preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media platforms A sharp and professional appearance along with a positive attitude Embraces and exhibits High 5’s Core Values Valid driver’s license Benefits Our people are our priority and with this in mind, we have designed a comprehensive benefits package that provides you and your family with tools for healthy living and peace of mind.
