Operations Lead (Real Estate + STR Operations)

Location:

Birmingham, AL (Hybrid Preferred)

Compensation:

$22

  • 26/hour (approximately $46,000

This isn’t your average admin position. You’ll be the go-to operations partner behind the scenes running systems, solving problems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. From managing short-term rental properties to coordinating projects and content days, you’ll play a key role in how the business operates and evolves. What You’ll Own Property Management & Coordination

  • Oversee daily STR operations, guest issues, maintenance coordination, and communication flow between VAs, cleaners, and vendors Business Operations & Quality Control
  • Ensure units meet high standards, manage inspections, and help improve systems for accountability and reporting Project Execution & Task Management
  • Take initiative on special projects and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Internal & External Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, guests, and partners, keeping everyone aligned Marketing Support & Brand Visibility
  • Assist with capturing, editing, and posting content for social media and brand initiatives Course & Content Development
  • Assist in the development of digital education programs, training, and online courses that align with the company’s mission and investment strategies Executive & Founder Support
  • Assist Ryan with scheduling, travel, speaking engagement logistics, content production days, and high-impact administrative or strategic tasks What Success Looks Like in This Role Cleanliness and guest satisfaction consistently hit or exceed 4.
