Exempt Position Summary:
Arlington is looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Lead to elevate our digital strategy across a growing portfolio. This role leads the charge in ensuring our websites, social platforms, and digital content are optimized, accessible, and aligned with our brand voice. As a key player on the Marketing team, this individual will manage SEO, website functionality, and cross-platform consistency while building a scalable social media strategy to support leasing performance, reputation, and brand visibility. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional leaders, and third-party partners to drive performance and elevate Arlington’s digital presence across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & SEO Launch and maintain high-performing property websites using CMS tools (e.g., Jonah, RentCaffeine) Optimize content for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance Collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure strong platform functionality Implement SEO best practices, monitor keyword performance, and guide ongoing technical/content optimization Social Media Strategy & Execution Manage social presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) Build and adapt social strategy based on community type, region, and ownership goals Coordinate support across three execution models: shared strategist, vendor-led, or site-level Monitor engagement and adjust strategy to support reputation and leasing performance Digital Asset Management & Campaign Support Oversee digital assets on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and Matterport Coordinate with advertising partners to ensure campaign alignment and SEO performance Provide data-driven insights to evaluate advertising ROI and campaign reach Brand Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Content & Creative team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints Support website content development, pitchbook sections, and branded content for new business efforts Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to maintain accessibility, UX, and compliance # MKT2025 Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field required 3-5 years of experience managing websites, SEO, and social media, preferably in real estate or multifamily Strong track record with multi-site digital environments and external vendors Technical Skills Proficient in CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools Experience with social media scheduling/analytics platforms Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); basic

a plus Strong skills in Microsoft Office; project management software experience preferred Communication & Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting technical ideas to non-technical audiences Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
Work Environment:
This role operates in a fast-paced hybrid work environment with occasional travel for content capture or team collaboration. While Birmingham, AL is the preferred location, fully remote arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

This position involves extended computer use, frequent visual focus, and content review. Strong visual acuity is necessary for editing, design alignment, and accessibility checks. Occasional movement and light lifting (up to 15 lbs.) may be required.
