Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing the credit union’s external and internal visual digital communications. This position is responsible for managing online banking digital messages, executing website updates, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring a consistent, user-friendly, and accessible digital experience for members and internal staff. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also support the execution of targeted digital marketing efforts, including implementing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. While not responsible for in-depth analysis, the role includes generating segmented lists, managing campaign audiences, and executing campaign components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about using digital tools to connect with audiences and support marketing goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and promotional banners to ensure accurate and engaging user experiences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with ongoing marketing efforts. Manage and schedule digital marketing messages within Florida Credit Union’s online and mobile banking platforms. Coordinate with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and optimize user experience. Assist with SEO strategies (e.g., keyword research, metadata, on-page improvements) in coordination with digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to boost visibility and engagement. Maintain consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital member touchpoints, including branch-level interactions. Updating the indoor and outdoor branch digital signage. Provide strategic recommendations for audience segmentation, generate targeted member lists, and support campaign deployment across digital channels. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Data Analyst and broader team to ensure digital marketing activities align with organizational goals and member engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Web Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related roles. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitefinity, or comparable platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web standards. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the financial services industry or working with a credit union Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator) Understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile responsiveness.
