We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business rooted in the local community—and we’re looking for an experienced, creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand through high-impact video and content marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital strategy, content creation, and especially video production for social media. You’ll play a key role in building our online presence, generating leads, and telling our story in a compelling way. This is a remote position, but it requires regular travel within Brevard County for on-site video shoots and occasional in-office meetings.

Digital Marketing Specialist Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, print, and video. This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of marketing principles, creative flair, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print, and video. Create compelling and effective content, such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials. Manage and grow social media accounts by posting engaging content and interacting with followers. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in graphic design, social media, video marketing, and content creation. Strong understanding of marketing principles and industry best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software. Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and scheduling tools. Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills.
