We are looking for a driven and dynamic Medical B2B Field Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Position Overview:

As a Medical B2B Field Representative , you will primarily focus on promoting and driving awareness to our comprehensive services in the field. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and confidently explaining our company offerings, and/or bringing prospects to our facility to tour. There will also be a few events you may need to attend to represent our company each month. If you are a well-spoken, confident, socialite, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

In-Person Outreach & Lead Generation Visit targeted businesses, medical offices, wellness centers, and other relevant organizations to identify and connect with key decision-makers. This role requires frequent fieldwork and a proactive, confident approach to introducing services face-to-face. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referral partners and local professionals. Establish trust and credibility by becoming a reliable resource for those seeking high-quality health and wellness solutions. Education & Program Promotion Communicate the benefits of specialized health treatment programs Tailor messaging to resonate with various professional audiences, ensuring a clear understanding of the outcomes and value offered. Client Oversight & Coordination Support referred clients throughout their treatment journey. Ensure proper communication between clients and internal teams, and help maintain a seamless and high-quality experience from referral through completion. Event Attendance & Representation Represent the organization at select community events, health expos, and professional networking gatherings each month to generate visibility and build strategic connections. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts, share insights from the field, and contribute to refining engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, partner interactions, and referral tracking

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and its challenges Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate our offerings Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and in person Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment Comfortable with travel across
