Position Overview We’re looking for a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic and web design . This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has the technical skills and creative vision to bring marketing concepts to life across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and update branded marketing collateral (PDF flyers, digital catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, email graphics, and other digital assets) following brand guidelines and maintaining brand identity Design, build, and maintain landing pages and eCommerce websites (primarily WordPress – Elementor) Create , plan, schedule, and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives Support the development and execution of overall marketing strategies and campaigns Assist in building, scheduling, and reporting on email and SMS marketing campaigns (using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Support marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms Contribute creative ideas to content strategy, aligning with brand positioning and audience engagement goals Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and design innovations to keep client campaigns fresh and competitive Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing materials Assist with basic reporting and optimization recommendations for marketing campaigns materials (Nice to have): Basic familiarity with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to assist with lead generation and communication strategies when needed (Nice to have): Basic knowledge of digital ads management (Google Ads and Meta Ads) to support campaign execution if needed Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong experience with WordPress, including page builders and plug-ins for eCommerce Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and brand development Familiarity with social media management tools and content planning Ability to design, schedule, and manage basic email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Strong creative thinking skills, especially for developing content strategies and marketing assets Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic agency environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand, working both independently and collaboratively Bonus Points Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar Basic knowledge of digital ads management (Google Ads and Meta Ads) Knowledge of SEO best practices Motion graphics or video editing experience To Apply Please submit your resume, a short cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work (PDF or website link)
