Job Description We are hiring a Media Management Specialist to join a well known consumer goods company in Plantation, FL. This freelance position will run for 6 months with potential to extend and will be based in office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Execute and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement at a daily cadence
Constantly analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities while keeping up to date with social trends
Leverage platform bid automation to drive the full funnel marketing performance of growing active customers
Utilize relevant 1st and 3rd party audience segments and recommend tailored creative and landing page experiences for testing
Execute structured A/B tests around creatives, audiences and bid strategies
?????Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time-sensitive situations. Understand when (and why) to escalate issues

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience in paid social marketing in an agency or ecommerce setting Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with social media networks, particularly YouTube – and Meta
Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality with the ability to problem solve and seek out help when needed
Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks that requires ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
Strong attention to detail
A strong, positive, and pro-active attitude
