Job Description:
Community CFG is looking for energetic, talkative, and people-friendly individuals to help gather petition signatures for a major Marijuana Reform campaign across Florida. If you’re reliable, love talking to people, and want to make a difference, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Collect signatures from registered voters in public spaces
- Clearly explain the purpose of the petition
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in the field
- Meet signature validity and productivity expectations
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable speaking with people
- Good attitude, reliable, and self-motivated
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Must commit to full-time work (flexible hours/days available)
Compensation:
Starting Pay:
$20/hour
Performance Bonuses:
- 65%+ validity = $30/hour
- 70%+ validity = $50/hour
- 75%+ validity = $60/hour
- Weekly pay (Saturday-Friday schedule)
Expectation:
8-11 valid signatures per hour
