We are looking for a sales guru to join our team who is confident, passionate, courteous, and efficient and who enjoys meeting new people and engaging in marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is energic, enthusiastic, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills. The Sales Specialist will have a strong understanding of the sales cycle and excel at generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will manage our front desk daily, become proficient with our cabinetry designs and comfortably sell to the business to business (B2B) target market. As well as having excellent cold calling skills. We are looking for someone who is bold, highly motivated and experienced in the Kitchen Cabinetry industry, who will master our product line and provide ideas for further growth and success. The individual must be tech-savvy, familiar with cloud technology and mobile computing and able to connect with clients through social media platforms. The right candidate will be truthful, organized, and professional.

EDUCATION

High school diploma Associate degree (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Construction Industry:

1 year (Required)

Kitchen Cabinetry Industry:

3 year (Required)

Sales:

3 years (Required)

Customer Service:

2 years (Preferred)

LANGUAGE

(S): Must be fluent in English (Required) Spanish and/or Portuguese (Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven work experience in Sales

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. phones, mobile devices, printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Kitchen Cabinetry Experience is required
• 3 years Sales background is a must

DUTIES:

Greet and welcome office guests Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Be knowledgeable about our cabinetry product designs Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns Send and respond to customer emails Execute cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients Ensure showroom and reception area is always tidy and presentable Update calendars and schedule appointments for the showroom Assist other coworkers as needed.
