We are looking for an amazing Integrated Planning Specialist to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The Integrated Planning Specialist facilitates marketing campaign strategy development and implements tactical planning using a defined process that leverages heavy project management and attention to detail. This person is responsible managing holistic, integrated tactical campaigns to support commercial and revenue-driving initiatives. This Specialist collaborates with many cross-functional peers in E-Commerce/Web, Media, Customer Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Product Marketing, and Creative Services. Responsibilities
Project manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring timely launch of cross-functional tactics and timing. Maintain the source of truth global marketing and message beat calendar and provide day-to-day administration of the marketing tactical eco-system. Participate and lead select internal and cross-functional meetings, ensuring campaigns are on track and there are no issues with hitting launch date, escalating issues and working to problem solve as needed. Champion content planning, creative and messaging that meets campaign objectives and carries a singular voice across all tactics, while leveraging best practices and prior learnings. Collaborate with peers and leader to establish processes that produce effective campaign plans, drive efficiencies in workflow management & generate a faster speed to market. Requirements
Minimum 1+ years marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or equivalent
Experience working on cross-functional marketing campaigns.
Experience working within a large organization, or travel/hospitality industry is helpful, but not required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are required to communicate with cross-functional partners.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Understanding of marketing functions, including creative and content planning
Collaboration and consensus building
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand data-driven results.
Working on integrated communications programs across multiple media
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday). However, beginning in 2027, employees in this position will be required to work on-site at our new headquarters in Miami, FL.
