This role is key to building pipeline growth by identifying and reaching out to qualified prospects with personalized messaging. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure outreach efforts align with campaign goals and audience targeting strategies. Your efforts will directly impact lead quality, appointment setting, and overall business development. Responsibilities Use Apollo.io to build and manage targeted contact lists. Write and schedule cold email sequences optimized for open and reply rates. A/B test subject lines, messaging, and call-to-actions to improve campaign performance. Monitor email deliverability, response rates, and bounce rates; adjust strategies accordingly. Track and report outreach metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team. Collaborate with sales team to hand off qualified leads and support appointment setting. Continuously update CRM with lead status and campaign activity. Research prospects to personalize messaging and ensure relevancy. Stay updated on cold outreach best practices, compliance, and trends. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, email marketing, or lead generation. Proficiency with Apollo.io or similar cold outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly). Strong writing skills with a focus on persuasive, concise messaging. Understanding of email deliverability factors and cold outreach best practices. Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel) and sales pipeline workflows. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
