Our business is expanding, and we’re seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Email Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join the marketing team. Key Responsibilities Write, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support new sales initiatives across email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media. Conceptualize and design compelling email campaigns, including writing copy, editing content, and optimizing layout for engagement and conversion. Manage and maintain Salesforce Account Engagement, overseeing email templates, contact lists, user accounts, and landing pages. Create, monitor, and analyze email marketing campaign performance, identifying optimization areas. Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall deliverability. Deploy email campaigns in alignment with marketing calendars and business objectives. Leverage marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, ReachDesk, and other platforms to drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for engaging campaigns. Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven expertise in email marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign execution and performance optimization. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and audience-focused messaging. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and management levels. Proficiency in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is strongly preferred. Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) are a plus.
