About the Role We’re hiring a Junior Marketer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll support everything from content creation and digital campaigns to social media and product launches, gaining hands-on experience across a range of marketing channels. What You’ll Do Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Create and publish content for emails, social posts, blogs, and more Engage with our community across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Support product launches and seasonal brand activations Contribute to ambassador and influencer marketing efforts Conduct market and competitor research Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report key metrics Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Entry Level with (including internships, freelance, or agency work) Strong writing and communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices Organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn Passion for the running, fitness, or athletic lifestyle world Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or other marketing tools Exposure to ambassador programs, content planning, or influencer outreach Creative eye for visuals or content direction
