The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record in business development. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Engage with potential clients through direct sales efforts, including inside sales and territory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets. Qualifications Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or inside sales. Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Demonstrated success in direct sales, preferably in a competitive environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
