  • Tampa, FL Responsibilities We are seeking a versatile
  • CRM Designer
  • who combines creative design with technical expertise to create engaging and effective email and other CRM channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email marketing and best practices, as well as experience in designing HTML emails that are compatible with a variety of email clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Creative Direction
  • + Lead the visual design of email and other CRM channel campaigns ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. + Creative responsive email templates that maintain visual appeal across all devices and email clients. + Develop and maintain email design templates, modular components, style guides, and reusable assets that streamline the production process.
  • Technical Development & Implementation
  • + Write clean HTML code with CSS styling to implement email designs, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility. + Understand email client compatibility issues and ensure designs render properly across various platforms and devices. + Implement dynamic content blocks and personalization opportunities to enable 1:1 customer communication at scale.
  • Performance Optimization
  • + Recommend improvements to email templates and workflows based on user engagement data and industry best practices. + Keep abreast of the latest email design trends to create engaging and effective campaigns. + Collaborate with other stakeholders to test different design variations and optimize email performance based on data and insights. Qualifications
  • Qualifications:
  • + A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications (preferred).

+ Must have 3-5 years of experience with design software – Adobe Creative Suite. + Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. + Proficient in

HTML/CSS

coding. + Experience with SQL is preferred. + Proficient in responsive email design, ensuring email is rendering across ESPs, browsers, and devices. + Understanding of CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations, accessibility and email development best practices. + Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate creative ideas. + Agility to adapt with shifting priorities and comfortable with ambiguity, highly self-motivated.
