Pay:

Excellent Starting pay – Plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution:

Assist in the setup and execution of engaging promotional events, including product launches, demonstrations, and community outreach activities. Set up eye-catching booths, displays, and promotional materials to attract customer attention. Manage all event logistics, ensuring smooth setup and breakdown of materials and resources.

Customer Interaction:

Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service with enthusiasm, making sure customers are informed and excited about the products. Serve as a product expert, clearly explaining key features, benefits, and answering customer questions. Engage customers with energy, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Product Promotion:

Use your sales skills to demonstrate products, emphasizing their unique qualities and benefits. Distribute samples, flyers, and promotional items to spark customer interest and excitement. Organize fun activities, contests, and surveys to engage the audience and generate buzz.

Brand Representation:

Represent the brand with professionalism, maintaining a positive image and ensuring all messaging aligns with the company’s core values and identity. Tell the brand story in an engaging way that builds customer loyalty and awareness.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure the success of each event. Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team, helping refine promotional strategies. Support teammates during events to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure everything runs smoothly.
