As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and driving engagement across various channels. Essential Functions

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to create compelling marketing materials and content.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
• Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and website content.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows, as well as oversee promotional activities.
• Assist in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new digital marketing tools. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with marketing software (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong creative mindset with an eye for detail.
