What You’ll Do Educate & Advise:
Offer tailored health, financial, and insurance solutions based on client goals and needs.
Leverage Technology:
Use digital platforms and CRM tools to manage leads, client records, and communication. Become a
Licensed Expert:
Develop in-depth knowledge of our plans and services to deliver confident, informed advice.
Build Relationships:
Foster trust with clients, team members, and business partners.
Stay Compliant:
Uphold compliance, confidentiality and professional integrity with all state and federal guidelines.
Reflect & Improve:
Participate in team meetings, give feedback, and contribute to a proactive growth mindset environment.
Communicate Offers:
Draft custom policy proposals and wellness solutions to potential/existing clients.
