Quotation Specialist Florida Restaurant Equipment Professionals Tampa, FL 33634 Job Summary The individual facilitates day to day communication from our customers and provides solutions to our customers and the manufacturers we represent. Creating product quotations using industry specific software, Autoquotes, takes the majority of the time. This is an office based job, not remote. The individual must possess a positive outlook on life along with “customer is always right” attitude! Duties Review Specifications and expedite quotation opportunities, distribute appropriately Generate Quotations using AutoQuotes and Price Books Review and reconcile purchase orders, submit to appropriate manufacturers, file internally, and update CRM Alert customers of orders on price hold and work with the the salesperson assigned to the account to resolve pricing issues promptly File, Upload, Disseminate, and Track Jobs & Quotations using One Drive & CRM- Qualifications Must proficient in Microsoft Office products Experience with CRM is a plus Excellent ability to interpret complex information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
