Your Role:
The Face of Spectrum at Events As a Spectrum Event Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines, engaging with potential customers in exciting and dynamic settings:
Event Expert:
Represent Spectrum at community events, setting up branded booths/tents and creating engaging experiences.
Retail Ambassador:
Conduct in-store promotions and giveaways to generate excitement and interest in Spectrum services.
Product Champion:
Become a knowledgeable advocate for Spectrum’s internet, cable, and mobile offerings, delivering compelling sales presentations.
Customer Advocate:
Guide customers through the registration process using Spectrum’s applications, ensuring a seamless experience.
Local Connector:
Maintain your assigned territory, building positive relationships with local event organizers and retail partners.

Team:
Previous success in sales, prospecting, or engaging with customers, with 2+ years of direct sales experience being a plus. Familiarity with cable, internet, or mobile services is highly beneficial. Ability to clearly explain the benefits of Spectrum’s products and services. A highly motivated and driven “closer” mentality with a strong desire to exceed earning goals. Confidence and comfort using current technology (tablets, apps, etc.) is essential. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly. A desire to grow and advance within our company. Previous experience in direct sales or event marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. Must possess a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation within the Tampa area.
