  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
  • Remarketing Business Lead
  • to support our
  • Asset Lifecycle Management – Remarketing
  • team.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of operational and strategic initiatives within the global remarketing function. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Remarketing and other senior team members, helping to manage decks, track follow-ups, bids, tasks, and critical deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive mindset to ensure timely execution of remarketing projects and business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Support the end-to-end coordination of internal remarketing projects and initiatives, including meetings, task tracking, and deliverables.

+ Prepare and manage presentation materials (e.g., executive decks) for internal and external stakeholders. + Track key deadlines, bids, and follow-ups from meetings to ensure timely execution and accountability. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure remarketing activities align with asset lifecycle timelines and business objectives. + Monitor project performance and recommend scheduling or resource adjustments as needed to meet goals. + Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when appropriate. + Maintain documentation and reporting related to global remarketing operations and business processes.

  • Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

+ Experience in project coordination, business operations, or related role. + Proficient in G Suite; experience preparing executive-level presentations. + Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. + Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of the organization. + Experience in asset lifecycle management, remarketing, or supply chain operations. + Familiarity with global business environments
