maximize organic traffic, improve search rankings and optimize content for prominence on AI
platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Siri). Responsible for supporting multiple brands and
product lines, this role will provide expertise in traditional SEO, with a focus on emerging AI
technologies and futureproofing digital marketing efforts How you’ll make an impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility and drive targeted
traffic. - Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, or content generation platforms) to
enhance keyword research, content optimization and performance tracking. - Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal
crawlability and indexing. - Analyze user behavior and search trends using AI-driven insights to refine strategies and
improve conversions. - Collaborate with content creators to develop AI-optimized, high-quality content that aligns
with search intent. - Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using analytics platforms and provide
actionable recommendations. - Stay updated on AI advancements and SEO algorithm changes to maintain a competitive
edge. - Work cross-functionally with marketing, web development, and UX teams to integrate SEO
best practices into broader digital initiatives.

Remote About You Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent
experience). - 3+ years of proven SEO experience with a track record of improving organic search
performance. - Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language
processing or AI-based SEO tools. - Proficiency in SEO platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Clarity, Ahrefs,
Spyfu and SEMrush. - Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup and
page speed optimization. - Familiarity with content management systems (e.
g., WordPress) and basic
HTML/CSS/JS
knowledge.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable
strategies. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present insights to
stakeholders. - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace emerging technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven content generation or personalization tools.
- Knowledge of voice search optimization and conversational AI trends.
- Understanding paid search (PPC) and its integration with SEO strategies.
- Certification in Google Analytics, SEO platforms or AI-related courses is a plus.
