Job Summary:
- The Analyst II, Marketing Analytics supports data-driven decision-making through the analysis of commercial performance and market dynamics in the medical device industry.
This role is responsible for evaluating product and revenue trends, conducting market share assessments, and building models to deliver meaningful insights that guide marketing and business strategies. The Analyst works closely with global stakeholders and supports the development of reporting tools and dashboards that communicate insights to commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality insights through intuitive dashboards that shape decision-making at senior levels.

Responsibilities:
- + Analyze commercial and product revenue performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
+ Conduct market share and competitive analyses using internal and third-party data sources to assess positioning and inform strategy. + Develop models and forecasts that support strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, and commercial decision-making. + Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide intuitive visualizations for key metrics and performance drivers. + Collaborate with global marketing, finance, and commercial teams to align analytics with business goals and ensure accurate data interpretation. + Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights that support senior leadership and functional partners. + Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports. + Support the development of standardized metrics and KPIs across global business units. + Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives or emerging business questions. + Document analytical processes and maintain data hygiene practices in alignment with corporate data governance standards.

- + 2+ years of experience in data or marketing analytics role, preferably in the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field. + Combined education and experience will be considered. + Ability to travel domestically 15-20% #LI-JB1
