Job Description:

Our client, a corporate boutique financial services firm, is seeking a talented Freelance Designer with light marketing chops, to join their in-house marketing team month to month. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create visually compelling digital assets that communicate complex data in a clear and elegant way. From UI/UX design in Squarespace to email templates and marketing collateral, your work will support high-impact campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals. It’s a great opportunity to learn new skillsets that overlap into marketing including ideating for blog content or LinkedIn, or helping set up email marketing campaigns in their ESP. Key Responsibilities:

Luxury & High-End Aesthetic:

Design with a refined, polished style that aligns with the expectations of a high-net-worth audience.

Website & Digital Design:

Support front-end design and updates for corporate websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Email Marketing:

Design and execute email campaigns, manage mailing lists, and oversee deployment.

Marketing Collateral:

Create presentations, infographics, brochures, event signage, and other branded materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with teams across the Miami office and international locations to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

2+ years of design experience, preferably in a corporate or financial setting.

Corporate samples of design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, and Squarespace (or similar platforms).A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
