We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in
SEO, SEM
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid search performance, optimizing our digital presence, and ensuring our content reaches the right audience.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management:
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements for improved rankings. Monitor and analyze SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Create and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
SEM Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Manage budgets, bids, and ad creative to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to enhance campaign performance. Monitor campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for improvements.
Social Media Support:
Collaborate with the creative team for high-impact visuals and messaging.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia. Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices to keep content competitive.
Analytics and Reporting:
Generate detailed performance reports and insights. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO and SEM roles. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
