Role:

This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground position for someone who thrives on face-to-face connection, takes pride in helping injured clients get justice, and enjoys creating lasting partnerships. As our Events & Field Marketer, you’ll be the face of MG Law — visiting doctors, legal professionals, and community partners to strengthen referral relationships and grow our brand across South Florida.•

Core Responsibilities:

FIELD & RELATIONSHIP MARKETING

Conduct structured weekly visits to medical providers, legal offices, and referral sources Nurture relationships and build pipelines through warm, consistent follow-up Track all outreach using CRM tools (including Outfield) for visibility and accountability Coordinate personalized touchpoints (holidays, life milestones, etc.) Prepare and deliver branded swag, gifts, and seasonal mailers

EVENTS & COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Plan and execute firm-sponsored events and community activations Manage logistics: swag, inventory, vendors, setup/breakdown, staffing Represent MG Law with professionalism and enthusiasm at events

WEEKLY RHYTHM

Mon:

Plan weekly schedule, prepare materials/gifts

Tues-Wed:

Field visits to medical providers

Thurs:

Field visits to law offices and partners

Fri:

Submit recap report, update CRM, attend internal team sync

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work closely with intake and legal teams to ensure referral alignment and follow-up Coordinate with HR, design, and vendors for branded materials and events Support digital marketing initiatives and referral analytics tracking
