Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to represent our growing brand in the Miami, Florida market. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at building lasting professional relationships, enjoys working in the field, and is passionate about promoting high-quality products. You’ll work closely with our Consumer Promotions Manager and production team, and collaborate with teams across departments to help drive growth and enhance brand visibility. • Promote Leaf Distro’s products by visiting retail stores and engaging with store managers and staff.
• Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives across the Miami market.
• Develop expert product knowledge to educate retailers and enhance brand visibility.
• Negotiate product placements and promotional opportunities with store owners and managers.
• Report on competitor activity and provide real-time market insights. Required Qualifications & Education
• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Must be Comfortable using reporting apps to log data and miles.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the local market.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content sharing.
• Basic understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
• Must pass a background check, reference check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 80% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Must have a reliable source of personal transportation Preferred Skills & Education
• Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing and brand representation.
• 1-3 years’ experience in field marketing, promotions, or brand representation.
• Familiarity with Vape, tobacco, or nicotine products.
• Skilled in adapting tone and message to diverse audiences.
• Experience representing a brand at events, trade shows, or promotional pop-ups.
• Outgoing and personable with a positive attitude.
• Experience setting up and managing displays and/or branded booths.
