We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive brand visibility, support lead generation, and accelerate growth in the specialty pharmaceutical space. This role bridges marketing strategy and commercial execution—leveraging campaigns, content, and market intelligence to engage key stakeholders such as specialty pharmacies, physician groups, clinics, and hospital systems. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and drive demand in the specialty healthcare sector. Research and segment healthcare/pharma audiences using platforms like ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Trella, and LinkedIn. Create and maintain compelling sales collateral, presentations, and digital content aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Manage and update website content to ensure brand consistency, functionality, and relevance to target audiences. Support multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, digital, and phone) to generate and nurture qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with pipeline goals and support lead handoff processes. Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs such as lead conversion, engagement rates, and campaign performance. Identify and pursue brand exposure opportunities through trade shows, advertising, publications, and strategic partnerships. Represent the company at industry events; assist with booth setup, lead capture, and post-event follow-up strategy. Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to inform positioning and messaging. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience. 2 or more years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or business development in healthcare, pharma, or biotech industries. 2 or more years of experience in B2B marketing strategies and sales enablement. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn Ads). Why work at Health Coalition?
